What are good food, game, and other activity ideas for a slumber party, girls 13 to 14 in age?

Obviously, stay up as late as possible. After dark, you guys can go outside and play night games. Even hide-and-go- seek is fun in the dark! Prank call some people from your school, and stay strong and DONT REVEAL YOUR IDENTITY!! then you can laugh about it later on without the person knowing. Get a funny PG-13 movie like 'Mean Girls' or something. Have your fridge and cabinets stocked with pop, ice cream, candy, and other treats. Like you said, truth or dare. Talk about boys, and all that normal stuff. Me and my friends like to go down the stairs in sleeping bags, but be careful, it can be dangerous. If it's warm out, go outside and have a water balloon fihgt or something. You guys can have an ugly fashion show where you take turns trying to find the ugliest outfit. Take lots of pictures. You can stalk people's FaceBook pages, escpecially if it's one of your chrushes :-) Have a pillow fight. you could make cute and easy little arts and crafts. You can do blind makeovers, and do each others hair in fun ways. You can fill spray bottles with water and run around outside spraying each other, because no one gets drenched.

prank calls can be really fun to do, you can either turn caller id of and call random people from the phone book or watch one of those infomercial channels and call them up. you can do some really funny stuff becuase they aren't allowed to assume its a prank so they have to go along with what your saying. also they can't ring you back.
