AT&T HELP! Do they keep old existing phone records or I just need some advice!?
AT&T - Does the company keep records of phone calls and the representatives that I spoken with?
So I called up and ordered the 15.99 or 14.99 U-Verse special offer they were having. I talked to the representative and make sure the order was that price and everything. Now I got a bill saying I ordered a higher speed internet than what I asked for on the phone. I was wondering if the AT&T kept all there phone records cause that the only proof I would have that I actually asked for the 15.99 price.

You need to drop AT&T whatever it takes. That company donates more money to right wing organizations (the most extreme ones) than any other company in America. Don't give them another dime.
