I pay first and last month rent when i first move in. it ends next month on aug 23rd but my mother is out of state ill right now. i tried going in initialing some papers and they said i couldn't do it since im not lease holder just occupant. And i also need a written letter from my mom which i got from her when i visit her yesterday. i was wondering if that is enough. just her paper saying i dont want to renew the lease. cause there is no way she can come here to initial some silly papers.

So I am moving on the 23rd this month... Into my own place for the very first time... They accepted my application telling me that I can get the apartment if I pay last month deposit and my pro-rate.. Which adds up to 505$ when I first move in.. But I was reading my paper and it said rent is due on the first of each month including my water.. So am I going to pay that first month...?? Cuz if so I would have to extend my move into the apartment for 13 more days from my original move in date.. If i do that is that a bad thing on my part...?

So I am a freshman and I had a really rough years. I am not going to even go into details but I just had a lot of financial, home, and personal life. That affected my GPA immensely, I got a 2.4 first semester and a 2.1 second semester. I am in this program called IB, and it is close to impossible to get a 4.0. So I am wondering how can I save my GPA because I really need a 3.5 because I am really committed to higher education. I already know the simple answers of try really hard but would a 3.4 or lower affect chances of me getting into college?

Hey guys I'm trying to write a Sonnet Poem for my English class and I honestly have no idea how to write it in Iambic Parameter. I tried and tried but I just don't know how to get the right stress marks in my syllables so can someone give me some tips please. Please don't tell me "ba-BUM-ba-Bum-ba-Bum" or anything like that. I already know this. I just need help writing it and having it fit the criterias.

And how I am force to learn this sonnet form

Learning how to write this poem is a must

But at first I must go through this bad storm

On this night, I sit in bed ready to write,

Writing my quadrains with such dreadful fear.

So I called up and ordered the 15.99 or 14.99 U-Verse special offer they were having. I talked to the representative and make sure the order was that price and everything. Okay, i'm so tired of getting out of the shower, blow drying my hair till it completely dry then straightening my hair. I like the look BUT i want something different!!! I want to use products!!! I have like bangs in the front and in the back it pretty short. The sides are pretty good lenght. I want something messy but polish then edgy at the same time!!! Plzzz help me!!!!
