how to drill stainless steel?

    use water to cool it drill at slow speed

    Use the correct speed for the diameter of the hole. Also use a cutting compound designed for Stainless Steel. Plain cutting oil or water and acetic acid/ vinegar will not work for a production situation.

    Go slow. Fresh bit in the drill, moderate to slow drill speed, constant pressure on the drill bit, and keep adding cutting oil. Don't forget the cutting oil.

    The worst thing is to try to go too fast. You'll cook the bit in no time.

    Use vinegar that has a high % content of acid as a cutting lubricant when drilling.
