What's the best way to kill a Robin (the bird, not the Caped Crusader's sidekick) ?

I have a Robin that seems to find new ways every few days to irritate me or damage my property...

It spent about two weeks flying into my front window (about every 10 seconds, thousands of times a day); Wakes me up at like 5:30 in the morning from the noise as he always starts bright and early being a Robin.
Has painted my front deck, and my car, with a thick coating of bird poop (I swear it aims for the drivers side front door);
Now has proceeded to climbing into the exhaust for the Dryer (as in Washer/Dryer) and flapping about for hours on end...

I have no idea whats next... and it is all the exact same bird.

So... ideas ?

The American Robin is a part of the bluebird and thrush family so therefore in America it is illegal to kill. Whatever you decide to do you should keep it quite because the county will prosecute you for illegal extermination. Be careful and good luck! Maybe try relocating it?

I know that bird is annoying to you, but this was actually funny to read. :)
I don't think that killing the little thing is gonna solve your problems.
Maybe, you should try leading the bird away from your house. I don't know..

Leave the robin live and get a fake OWL placed in your yard..
