    log (1.14^x) <greater/equal> log (10) = 1

    x log (1.14) <greater/equal> 1

    Since log [to the base 10] of 1.14 is 0.0569,

    we have

    0.0569 x <greater/equal> 1

    x <greater/equal> 17.6

    Apparently the smallest possible integer is 18.

    And if you check by calculating 1.14^17 and 1.14^18,

    you'll see that 10 falls in between.
