Fill the sink with very warm water and add some dish soap. Place the flowers in the water, and let them soak for about 5 minutes. Gently move them around to loosen the residue.

Let all the water out and refill the sink with just warm water and rinse off the flowers. Rinse again if necessary.

Gently shake the flowers to get the excess water off then lay them on a clean dry towel for a couple of minutes, then place in a vase until dry.

    Good luck!

I would use a degreaser like 409, rinse well and put outside in the sun to dry.
