funny thing here, multi millions spent to hide a birth cert. and isn't it funny that a few months before the presidential election gasoline sky rocketed in price, the less than one month after Obama getting in it just happened to DROP...................then a few months later Obama got OPEC mad by going to talk to another religion country and WHOOPS OPEC got mad at Obama and gas continues to go up so they can pressure him ..... and isn't it funny we are now coming into the next presidential election and gas is becoming one of the things focused on??? so he does have influence on his friends in OPEC ! !
YOU KNOW THE ANSWER TO THIS QUESTION...we all do...because of Obama-care...I now have to pay two times the amount of a co-pay at the doctors...and I now have to pay hundreds more for any health care????????all because insurance and doctors offices are afraid of LOSING tons of money ! !and this is being passed on to US..............
and because of the mysterious rise in gasoline, each and everything in the USA costs a LOT more....
RENTS have gone up, house taxes have gone up..most all taxes have gone up...but house prices have gone down..so try and sell a home if the bank has not taken it away from you..WHOOPS Obama was supposed to fix that too but has not, credit card interest is ten times higher..how can we be better like the news says we are
I am so poor I can't afford to pay attention ! ! !
NO MOST AMERICAN ARE A LOT WORST OFF THAN FOUR YEARS AGO...............

I'm in Ireland not the States. Our major economic depression started in 2008 and is still continuing and thanks to the policy of austerity will no doubt continue for even longer, we're also not helped by the fact that we're in the euro currency area and therefore can't devalue our currency. Anyway, groceries - probably about the same, some stuff goes up in price, some stuff falls in price but more or less the same I guess, actually probably a little more expensive. Utilities such as gas and electricity have gone up quite a bit though, not sure how much but I'd guess 15% to 20%.
House prices have fallen massively, sometimes by over 50%. Rents have fallen. Salaries have fallen. Social welfare payments (unemployment etc) have fallen. Medical insurance has increased. Petrol and diesel have increased. Public transportation costs have increased. Eating out and hotels have decreased. Prices/costs within the service sector as a whole have decreased as a result of weak consumer spending, they cut prices to stay in business but even still consumer spending is falling and thing is, you can only reduce prices so much before you go out of business. We're in an austerity spiral and austerity as the only show in town doesn't work.
Overall, worse off.

All three have increased at least 20%. The value of my home has dropped about 20% as well! My taxes are worse than ever before! I expect the electric bill to increase by 300% in the near future!
