I feel guilty for eating unhealthy.?
I've just recently lost a little over 80 pounds. Which is a HUGE accomplishment to me seeing as now I'm under the 200 mark. Anyway, I've recently been eating a little bit unhealthy. I've had a cheeseburger from McDonalds and fries and I'm starting to feel very guilty. If you've lost a lot of weight you know how it feels to do all that then eat badly. It messes with your head and you think you're gaining weight all the time, when in reality, you're not. You may even be losing more. My point is, should I feel bad? Is it really going to treat me that badly? I don't drink soda, sometimes diet though. But zero calories. I drink water and eat candy sometimes too. Jeez, I sound like a girl. Anyone feel like this sometimes? It'd make me feel a little bit better to know.
Oh, and I'm 6'3 and just under 200 lbs. 18 years old. What I'm eating is just a McDouble and a few fries. It's not anything off the value menu.

I feel like this everytime I slip up, lol, but I AM a girl. I know men who beat themselves up over it too though. It's like playing an epic game of chess and missing a good move; everyone would feel a bit regretful if it's not intentional. However cheat days are perfectly fine :)

I would just think before you eat... if it's something you think you'll feel guilty for eating, then don't eat it. I don't think anyone really needs to eat at McDonalds - overweight or underweight. There's nothing nutritious about it and it's awful. If you must, I would suggest a child's meal, as that's what's actually appropriate for an adult.
