How can I find a job quickly?

Alright, so trust me I know this sounds ridiculous because finding a job is extremely difficult due to the economy and such.

So first my info:

I'm 18

No work experience

President of an organization we have at my school (biggest accomplishment)

I am a senior, graduating in a month

What I'm trying to ask is, what tips or advice can you give me to help me find a job. For months (more than 6 months) I've been applying to places like crazy..online and in person. However I've only had a few interviews.

My mom wants to move to Oregon, but unfortunently she cant unless I get hired by May 17th...so I'm really trying to help her out by getting a job.

I'm looking for ANY type of job.

So please, if you have any tips or advise I would appreciate it.

Update:

*advice

Update 2:

Nick, although you might be right- I think I'll by pass that one (;

The best way is to stand out from the others. Tips?

1)After a good amount of time, make sure to call the place you've applied for and ask for the hiring manager. Politely ask if they have looked over your application, and if they haven't, they'll be sure to ask you you're name and consider yours over others.

    2) Come well dressed. No matter what. If you come in asking, or turning in an application with sweatpants, some managers might even just throw it away. When you ask for an application, ask for a manager first, don't get it from a regular worker. Come with a folder of resumes. Be prepared to answer common interview questions on the spot. You wanna "look" like you're on the job hunt.

    3) Find out the background of the company you're applying for. When I was 16 I applied for Target, and they were quite impressed that I read up on the background of Target. It got me the job.

    4) SMILE, be friendly, professional, and fun to be around. These are the workers they want for sure.

Overall: They want you to care. They want you to want the job. And they want to be reassured that you're going to help their business
