Concerning US active army regulations in regards to a soldier coming off of a profile?

A soldier recently back from afghanistan whom recieved 4 IED blasts received a full profile after the progression of random tachycardia making it impossible to continue pt. Now on meds that lower bp at all times and only off of a profile for a week was forced to do a recorded pt test and failed by 30 seconds. This soldier is being threatened that this persons next pt test is in a month and if this person does not pass then this soldier will be chartered out forcefully. This soldier was on profile for over a month, and has not been given the appropriate recovery time after going off the profile before getting smoked to the point of being put in the er. Sgt's said "if your going to die you will die with honor, and we will leave you behind".

I have searched for the regulations in conflict and have not been able to find the correct ones. Any help with regards to finding the regulations to help this soldier would be appreciated.

You have up to twice the amount of time of the length of the profile before they can give a record APFT. They can however give a diagnostic. While I do not know the AR off hand, Im sure his PA or TMC would know.
