Brother humping my dog?

I have a 6 month old puppy and a 30 year old brother. Yesterday my brother was in the kitchen with my dog and "jokingly" started humping her, not once, but twice. Is this normal? Was it alright that I went into a rage?

    Tell your brother to leave the dog alone. It's not normal and he should know better by now.

    I would have gone into a rage too! Poor puppy :(
