Any Dance Craft Ideas for a Dance Camp?

Depending on what type of dance pipe cleaner crowns might do the trick (first link). I did those one year while tying it in with ballet "princesses" (i.e. Aurora from Sleeping Beauty) while listening to the music.

Old ballet tights upcycled fairy wings. Depending on how crafty you are, you could modify this for the girls or have the hangers pre-bent or use a more malleable wire or material so they can do it for themselves. Hot glue seems like a good alternative to sewing.

Another option I thought of (third link) is choosing a dance performance, broadway show, or ballet and making paper bag puppets to look like some of the main characters. The ballets Peter and the Wolf or Nutcracker came to mind as good options and like the pipe cleaner crowns you can listen to the music to add to the experience.
