dsc alarm trouble with disconnected land phone?
I disconnected land line as we all have cell phones. now keypad chimes a trouble beep at random times. I would like to disable this trouble indicator as I still use the alarm but know its not connected to monitoring company.
i called provider company to stop my monitoring. they said hit any key to disable the trouble chime, but it will reappear in a few days, usually when i'm asleep. they said a service call would help but i'm trying to save the fee.

Only you know about the alarm and have the owner's manual. Have you called the provider?
