Am I allowed to bring a spray painted item onto a plane?

Hi guys,

Is it okay for me to bring a spray painted item onto a plane, flying internationally?

Not spray paint, not spray paint cans.. Just a box that has been spray painted.

Thanks!

Sure. it is not the paint they object to. It is the propellant in the spray can.

Painted boxes are certainly not on the prohibited list and it makes no difference if a box was spray painted or hand painted.

Meghan, if it's a small box sure why not. What's in the box?
