What should the punishment be for a mother holding her Infant child Under the bath tub faucets Hot scalding water to stop the infant from Crying? OMG.. Was that on the news.. That sounds awful... I am a firm believer that we will all pay for what we do, sooner or later. I am not going to lie, I am against the death penalty because the way I see it, if we kill someone for what they did, then we would be doing the same thing they did. I don't any human being has the right to decide whether another person lives or dies, but she should be put in jail for the rest of her life. I am pretty sure other women in there will "take care" of her. And if she did it to stop the baby from crying, then they should put her in a room where she can hear babies cry 24/7 with no hope of it ever stopping...
