Im a YouTube Partner and ill tell you right now, your friend will never make that channel into a job,
seriously you have a video just showing what PS3 games you have, If your friend is serious about making this into a job, he needs to:
1. Upload everyday
2. make videos of something people want to see
3. If you are going to go into YouTube with the mindset of making money you are going to be sadly disapointed because the majority of youtubers dont make alot of money, you have to just have fun with what you are doing
