How many calories do I burn?

When I visit the websites that calculate your calorie expenditure, I am unsure what to enter.

Each type of lifestyle is indicated by how much exercise you perform in a week, for example, moderately active equates to exercise 3-5 days a week.

I always perform between 30 - 60 minutes of moderate/brisk walking per day - would this be considered a form of exercise?

In addition I perform aerobic activities (running and aerobic classes) 3 times weekly, averaging at 45 minutes per session.

Can anyone help me to understand my activity level?

Yes the 30-60 min of walking per day does count as an exercise/workout.

I would say you are moderately active because you do perform aerobic activities 3 times a week.

Also, you burn 1200 calories just by living, breathing and eating so you can add that to the amount of calories you burn ;)
