My Dad Wont Let Me Have A Cellphone?

screw that smartphones aren't worth it especially since the unlimited data plan is gone. Trust me a jailbroken ipod will do the job instead of wasting all that money +$30 a month for what? only 2GB which you can only watch 3 hours of youtube video in one month? Def not worth it. I had a basic phone for 3 years and I was fine with it until it broke. I ordered a feature phone from E-bay. It's much better and more rare. It's like a smartphone and a basic phone in some aspects. I'd recommend you'd take a look

No eleven year old needs a smartphone. What are you going to do? Text your huge circle of friends. If you can pay the phone bill, by all means go for it. It's selfish to make your parents pay for something that isn't a necessity. I'm in HIGHSCHOOL and I know some people who still don't have cellphones.

Cellphones are stupid and a waste of money, and you really shouldn't have one until you can pay for it yourself! I never had one when I was 12 either! My boyfriend and I are both 25 years old and neither of us have ever had one and we don't care to get one anytime soon either. Most people I know pay a ridiculous amount of money every month, just to talk or text on a stupid phone! I have better things to spend my money on! And almost everyone I know has one, so someone always has one if you really need to borrow it for emergency! It also cause ear cancer and brain rot!

Why should you have phone because your friends have one. If your friends decide to rob a store would you go too. Your dad will decide when he thinks it's appropriate for you to have a phone. A cell phone is not a necessity but a luxury. We can't help you there.

deal with it i didnt get a phone till i was old enough to pay for it and if kids are making fun of you defend urself they are shallow for being so obbsessed with material objects anyway. phones arent safe anyway kids lways end up talking to other people that they dnt know.
