Wat if I like a some one and they like someone else . Do I tell the person or not?

If it's fairly obvious they like someone else (e.g. in a relationship) then don't. It would just cause conflict.

That being said, if you think the person you're interested in would react well and it wouldn't cause any strain on your existing friendship, then go for it. It's always worth a try, assuming you don't make a mess in the process.

Yeah tell um why not if you don't tell um then that person will never know and be with someone else and you'll never know how things might of been.. I mean all that person can say is no and at least you know..
