If you are going to play games you don't want to get a laptop, get a powerful desktop computer. A computer can be connected to a TV very easily for you to play games through. Forget the Xbox controller, games like COD are much better with a keyboard and mouse - you have much more control over what you are doing. It is much easier to aim and move around and there are things you would get away with on the PS3 that you never would on a PC. Using an Xbox controller on PC COD will be a severe handicap.

The only other thing to say is that the latest COD is poorly designed for multiplayer on the PC with many lag problems that make it almost unplayable for some people (me included). For that reason I would suggest maybe getting a PS3.

You really want a good desktop PC instead of a laptop. My desktop PC is already powerful enough to play PS4 and xbox720 standard games at full 1080p as soon as they come out.

You need to consider the options. A new PC/Laptop with up-to-date gaming hardware or a PS3 which is now 5 years old. There is SERIOUSLY no competition. The PS3 (as well as xbox) is old, outdated and only still in circulation because there is no alternative.

You can plug an xbox controller into your computer and connect it to your TV using a HDMI cable, which will allow you to play at full 1080p HD.

Here's a little fun fact too. PS3 and Xbox are so outdated that they don't, and never even could play games at full 1080p HD. Console games always run at 720p, which is a resolution computer games haven't used since 2007.

Yes, you can play with an xbox controller. There are a whole bunch of free programs you can install that will let you sync the two. You can connect your PC to a tv with a HDMI cable too. However, if you choose to get a PC, don't get a laptop. Gaming laptops, even the top ones, srtuggle to run games with high graphics. You should instead invest in a desktop, which will be able to run practically anything.

Pc is always the way to go, if you have enough money for a solid computer, buy a computer. You get so much more for your money! If you enjoy games like the Fallout Series or The elder scrolls (Skyrim/oblivion), you can download countless mods for them extenting the game by houndreds of hours! However it seems as though you are more of a FPS person:P First person shooters are in my opinion way better on Pc, more precise aim, 60 Fps and such. Though if you want to play with a Xbox controller on pc you might have to face the fact that you're going to get owned pretty hard by Mouse users, there is no built-in autoaim on pc.

Get a PS3, most powerful gaming machine on the market. With the playstation you can. Go and search on the net. Download and watch films instantly. Watch music videos for free. Have applications like Iplayer, 4 on demand and itv player. There are also subcribtion services like love film and Netflix. If you get the web cam. You can talk and video feed anyone else with a playstation account. More than just games. Also full HD 1080p gaming and films. All contained in a small block box. Worth every penny to me.

Yes. You can connect an Xbox controller to your pc. You can connect your pc to your tv too, but make sure you have the right cables. Also you can play Call Of Duty on pc.

I recemend you getting a strong pc and using that for gaming.

psthree is more beneficial than only a gaming equipment, it really is an finished leisure adventure! music, images, video clips, Blu-ray video clips (unbeatable image!), and intense definition gaming... what extra ought to you want from a gaming equipment? now to not indicate the loose psnetwork on line gaming. The psstore is hassle-free to navigate and continuously as a lot as date with the hot television episodes, video clips, video games, demos, and so on. the gentle Sony controller doesn't sense too bloated like the xbox 360 controller. I easily have this equipment operating for hours each and every nighttime, even if i'm taking section in on line gaming, staring at a blu-ray intense definition movie, or listening to music. nicely certainly worth the money!
