Tito was always my first choice, second would be Marcelo Bielsa because he retains a similar philosophy to Guardiola, third would be Luis Enrique because he played for Barça as a player and has extensive knowledge of the club and also coach Barça B just like Guardiola. My very last option would have been Villas-Boas who would have been very risky, but given the chance could maybe have proved to do a good job, after all he did win a treble with Porto, just because things didn't work out at Chelsea doesn't mean they couldn't at another club...

Preferably Bielsa if he can be persuaded. I don't want villas-boas. He's not going to be able to lead such a huge club that has much more pressure on winning and getting results than Chelsea. Madrid and Barcelona are two of the most biggest clubs that requires so much mental preparation and strong character in order to lead.

Bielsa's name has been mentioned and I wouldn't mind him taking over, sounded good to me. Apparently he is Pep's biggest influence...
