I think that is a good idea. They will however require a new one if they want to employ you.
It does show that you are now being honest about your circumstances.
Good Luck

If you were an employer with two applicants for a job - one with three convictions and one with none - which one would you seriously consider for the job? Harsh, but totally common sense.
It could be said that the one with no convictions simply hasn't been caught yet, but officially, no convictions means a totally honest and non-violent person with a mature sense of responsibility

I am afraid most people would never employ you.
Multiple criminal convictions, when dozens of other applicants will have clear records, is just a total turn off for an employer.
Having said that you understandably don't reveal here what it is you have actually done- drugs, violence, theft- with repeat offences over several years- it must be bad!

in maximum situations, non-immigrant visa applicants additionally might desire to declare in the event that they have a criminal checklist. they many times make a brilliant deal out of it so i might advise which you call the consulate and ask in case you will get a visa with this checklist. in the event that they say you could no longer, it relatively isn't any use making use of in any respect. by applying the way, who's "they"? your business business enterprise? Do they understand approximately your checklist? properly, no remember how lots they decide to hire you or how reliable you're at your activity in case you could no longer get a visa...it relatively is why you may desire to call the consulate and ask. i'm very confident they understand the respond through fact this may be a in the present day definite or no.
