No matter you are of 18 or 20 there is some critaria/norms of laser operation
your glasses power must be stable for more then a year.
Your cornea must have required thickness for laser op.
So lets go to some laser canter and done your pre-lasik examination.

It is about how stable your eyes are and typically they don't get to be stable till your early twenties, so a lot of reputable places will refuse to do it till you are in your twenties. Remember that lazer surgery only corrects your eyesight as it is at the time. It can get worse later and then you are back to glasses. There are a limited number of times they can do the surgery.
Lazer surgery works well for lots of people, however there are risks e..g not having your eyesight fully correctable by glasses/contacts. Research your risks carefully before taking the surgery and teh success rates of the people offering the surgery.
