Help me to find usb media player?

Hi, i live in india.

Few days ago, i saw a video review about mkv hd media player on youtube here - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rN7qFOwbbaQ

I want to buy cheapest media player like that. Which can play 1080i multiple formats through usb port.

I want specifications as below.

Storage - no

wifi - no

internet - no

hdmi - yes

tv av ports - yes

video formats - mkv, mp4, avi, rmvb, mov etc (upto 1080p/not upscaling)

ir remote control - yes

my budget is about Rs.2000
