Is it possible to loose 2 stone (28 pounds) in 2 months?

I have a regime where I run twice a day, 6 days a week and eat very few carbs and plenty of protein (only drinking water as well). Is it possible for me to loose 2 stone or more in 2.5 months or is that unrealistic?

Thanks for any help/advice

yes it is possible to lose that amount of weight in two months. However loosing weight that fast leaves you at risk for rebound weight gain (gaining back all the weight and then some). realistically you should only lose 2lbs ever week so about 8 lbs a month.

    Lipotrim Refeed

  • If you really want to lose that 2 stone, you could try The Cambridge diet plan or Lipotrim, both have counsellors or pharmasists who help you and make sure you actually do need to do lose that weight and then will help you to 'refeed' so you don't put all that weight back on!

No its very possible as long as you exercise alot and eat good food. Dont eat as much processed foods and eat brown bread instead of white bread.
