pain on the inside of both knees?
my knees have been bothering me for three months. i play football and do workout. i also wanna join the army so idk if i should quit football or if its just me freaking out over a minor injury. the dr said it was a sprained knee but it seems to long to be true. whats it seem like?

Have you been following the doctors directions on what you should be doing to take care of your sprained knee.. Have you been in contact with him lately to let him know what is going on.. I would recommend that since he is the one that has the Dr.'s degree and went to school for this type of stuff... Good luck...

Depending on how old and how long you have been playing cartiledge in your knee can be wearing out. but i can also just be because you are growing taller. As a younger man i experienced knee pains

My best advice for you is to refrain from all football related activities until you are fully healed from your knee injury.
Once you feel that you are fully healed from your injury, then I highly encourage you to slowly ease your way back into the game of football.
