Why do my bones crack a lot?
Every time I stand up or move, my bones in my legs make a loud cracking sound. It's so loud that the people in my class hear it every time I stand up. I also have a pretty poor diet. I'm not saying I eat junk food, I just rarely eat meat and fish. Could this be the reason my bones crack frequently? Any advice is appreciated. :)

Because you are, like everyone, a slightly imperfect human being. Joints shouldn't pop and crackle but they do. Do you feel otherwise healthy? Most importantly, is it causing you pain and/or discomfort? If it is then get it checked out.
Exercising to the extent possible will strengthen the core. Regular walking every day is a good habit as well. Stretch those muscles. Make it a habit while you are young. That extra strength and good posture will have at least a palliative effect and be good for you.
I would also suggest a mineral, especially iron, supplement and a multivitamin with lots of B vitamins.

exercising wont help, ive been doing allot of sport whole my life and have been born with craking joints. allot of people actually have it, and its caused by air thats plopping out from between your joints. dont worry it doesnt cause reuma.
