what can i use for sound deadening inside a subwoofer box?

something i can buy at lowes.

    Polyurethane foam. It comes in flat sheets and with raised bumps or cones. If you have room in the box, use the type with raised cones.

    polyfill or nothing at all speaker boxes don;t need sound deadening
