    Yes. You need to bury the computer and hide yourself inside the nearest 10- foot deep fallout shelter. DO NOT ACCIDENTALLY THE SHELTER! Now wait about 2 weeks until civilization is partially rebuilt. DO NOT ACCIDENTALLY CIVILIZATION!

    RAR is a format for compressed files - like zip. So no, it's not dangerous to have downloaded them. However, what's inside might or might not contain virus - so you should scan them with anti-virus software before opening them. But since you wrote 'accidentally' - if it's not something you want, you can simply delete them.
