My android won't play my apps right?

Well today I just got a ZTE android phone from Metro PCS. I downloaded a few games such as Minecraft Pocket Ed. And a few emulators.. Yeah I'm 'that' kind of guy hate me if you must. But that is not the point, everytime I try to open most things, like my Minecraft PE. It gives me this "Sorry!: The application Minecraft Pocket Edition (PProcess com.mojang.minecraftpe) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again." Then I only get the option to "Force close" I have tried everything I can think of, I have factory reset it. I have closed everything else. I can't think of any reason why this is happening to me. My brother has his android working with roms/games but why won't mine?
