Barry Soetoro, not being a legal person, never changed his name. Barrack Hussein Obama II, an American citizen living in Indonesia as a child, informally used the name Barry Soetoro as the surname was the same as his mother and step-father. (Just like Bill Clinton and Gerald Ford did for years before they legally changed their names.)

Children over the age of 5 couldn't legally be adopted in Indonesia. American citizen children can't lose their US citizenship regardless of what their parents do. Obama's mother never lost her US citizenship. Foreign children could and did legally attend Indonesian schools.

Thus Barack Obama never legally changed his name.

His draft registration isn't fraudulent, on the grounds that his beginning certificates reads Barack Hussein Obama Jr. He used Barry Soetoro in Indonesia for convenience while not having long previous by using any criminal technique. If particularly everyone desires to ***** approximately it, it may be the country of Indonesia.

Why don't you capitalize your name?
