Nope. Thats a completely different hormone. The only thing that will make a test positive is the pregnancy hormone hcg, and the only thing that will make the test negative is either you took it too early in the pregnancy, you are not pregnant, or you didnt use your first morning urine and it was too early.

No, a pregnancy test detects the hormone that your body produces when you are pregnant. There is nothing you can do, to affect it, you either have it or you don't.
