They can be called characteristics, attributes or aspects of a person's personality. Characteristics and attributes mean the same thing so it would work either way.
They are also "traits" of a person :P.

Attribute; A quality or feature regarded as a characteristic or inherent part of someone or something.

Attributes are fine to use for those terms, you could also use qualities, emotions, or feelings.
