Do cons realize that the 47% they whine about don't pay income taxes because of Bush's tax cuts?
So essentially when they throw their temper tantrum about the poor, elderly, and the disabled they are basically saying they want to end the Bush tax cuts for the poor and middle class but keep them for the rich.

It's the EITC, or Earned income Tax Credit, actually.
But yes, they haven't noticed that they want people not paying taxes, yet express faux outrage over people not paying taxes.
But...it's because they're senior citizens, disabled, and college students! Horrors!

So I guess if we tax the rich and spend more that will fix it right? How many rich people will it take to pay off the national debt? Here is a clue. Everybody in the world couldn't pay off the national debt if they gave us everything they have. Instead of complaining about Republican claims and complaints work on a way to pay it down instead of raising it. You all act like the guy trying to keep the tow truck operator form taking your car. What you say means nothing in the long run. That is what you have to consider. Anybody can't promise money they don't have when they expect someone else to pick up the tab.

First off just because they don't pay income taxes doesn't mean they don't pay taxes at all. In fact they pay everything else.
Part of that 47% include the disabled, students, seniors that are retired, some clergy who do not get paid that way, volunteers, etc. z

Do cons realize that you are a totally uninformed liberal sycophant? YES!!!
The vast majority of people who don't pay taxes are lazy, entitlement-minded welfare recipients who have never worked a day in their lives and expect the hard-working American taxpayers to support them. The main beneficiaries of the Bush tax cuts were the MIDDLE CLASS.
Next time don't take a short-cut through the facts (oh wait, I'm talking to a liberal -- since when have liberals been interested in facts?)

I pay taxes all yr and at the end of the yr I am told to pay more, so I wouldn't know. I'd like to see an end to all tax credits. Why should a person be rewarded with Earned Income Credit for having children they cannot support?

Hrmm.. how can that be? You've been here for months claiming that the Bush tax cuts only cut taxes for the rich.
Are you now saying that we were right when we said you were making yourself look like an idiot by not knowing where the tax cuts went?

But wait, you libtards alway whine that the Bush tax cuts were only for the wealthy.
Can't you make up your minds?

I suspect few people have a problem with no income tax being levied on the poor, elderly and disabled. The problem is the able-bodied leeches who game the system.

Yes,,,I pay more personal income tax than 47% of the US combined.
Does that mean you are upset with obama since he extended the tax cuts 2x.....obamas tax cuts.

Never ,ever answer a question like this unless the questioner gives evidence/support for their assertion.
These ignoramuses insult everyone by spewing uncorroborated garbage in this public place .

Also included in that 47% are children. This number is mostly those on Social Security, Disability and children.
