Whirlpool jets not working, help please.?

Our house came with a 2 person whirlpool tub in the bathroom. The pump starts and sounds like it is working fine, but no water comes out of the jets. I have checked under the tub and everything seems to be OK, all the pipes are connected. Any suggestions? Thanks!

    You state that the pump starts and sounds normal. If this is the case check and see if there is any water going to the pump. It may be turned off or a kink in the line or maybe it needs to be primed.
