Yes, they do. Officially the winning team receives £1 million for reaching the final and £3million for winning, but with TV rights and other such things they will receive around £8 million. Champions league is like 40 Million(TV revenue not included).

Domestic cups is not a major amount of money.
Winning the Champions League is where the big prize money is.
