    Foods that are rich in iron fortify your blood so some iron rich food are:

    Brown Rice

    Whole Wheat Bread

    English Muffins

    Oatmeal

    Spaghetti

    Sunflower seeds

    Soy Milk

    Kidney Beans

    Broccoli

    Green Beans

    Beets

    Peas

    Potatoes

    Watermelon

    Celery helps clean the blood.

    Foods that bind cholesterol in the body and drag it out (think, flax, real oatmeal, psyllium seeds, that kind of thing) also clean the blood.

    There are various herbs that also clean the blood -- you should look into those as well.

    Edit: oh, yeah chlorophyll cleans the blood. That would be serious stuff- raw, dark green greens. lol, the more it tastes like dirt, the healthier it is (after you wash it of course)
