You need to find the keylogger and remove it. In order to do that, you need some disk and network utillities from Sysinternals, you can start with Handle v3.46, since you already know what file the keylogger is creating. And use TCPView v3.05 also from Sysinternals to see to which ip is sending the virus your data. You can try to remove the virus manualy or maybe use some online virus scan, but my advice is that you need to perform a clean OS install, this is the safest way to get rid of viruses. If you need any assistance send me a message.

Any answer which tells you to use some type of software is absolutely idiotic.
What you actually need to do ASAP is to re-install your O/S (complete HDD format), there is absolutely NO WAY that you can tell if malware is still present on your computer. (you're only as good as your antivirus is... which doesn't say much lol)
There is no sense trying to secure a system that's already been comprised because then you might just be protecting an infected computer... it's like the real life equivalent of knowingly carrying a sealed anthrax letter in your pocket but never opening it... just a recipe for disaster.
Therefore, just backup essential data and re-install your O/S... theres is NO other way.
EDIT: I thought I would prove wrong all the people who have told you that scanning your computer is sufficient, because they are misleading you... upon suspicion of a virus you SHOULD re-format your entire HD and re-install your O/S.
Why?
Because a virus (usually) allows direct access from the hacker to the victim's computer. This being said, you literally have no idea what a potential hacker might have done to your system. For all you know, he may have a full copy of your hard drive by now. Scanning the virus might remove the virus itself, but it won't remove other malware or backdoors the hacker might have left behind while on your system. Hence my anthrax analogy; you think the letter (your PC) is sealed and that nothing will happen, but in fact there's a hole (backdoor) at the bottom of your letter through which the chemical (hacker, malware) is seeping through and slowly infecting you...

Download a free trial of kaspersky internet security 2012 and scan your system for viruses, or download a free AVG Free Antivirus 2012 and scan for viruses.

read:
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/startups/klog.exe-...
so the first thing to do is remove/disable it from start up.
Being as it a spyware trojan I would then try running free superantispyware.
Edit:
@asp4454 - i'm the one who gave you the thumbs down, there was no need for you to give everyone else the thumbs down - grow up, in answering this question you claim to be an IT professional which you clearly are not, in another question you claim to be an Computer Security graduate, why not try & tell the truth.

You need to find the programs itself to rid yourself of the keylogger. Go to majorgeeks.com and do a search for keylogger removal and they should have a free program to help you out.
