Why are 90% 95% and 99% confidence intervals found differently?

What's the significance of each interval level? What does 99% show that 95% or 90% can't? Etc. Etc.

The 99% has a "wider" interval so it has a better chance of capturing the "true" population parameter.

The higher the %, the wider the interval and the better chance of capturing the parameter.

    Hope that helps
