What is a cost efficient canon camera that allows manual focus?

I am currently taking a photography course using completely manual cameras with black and white film. I don't really like the developing process, but I enjoy taking the pictures. I am looking for a camera that allows manual focus and the alteration of the shutter or aperture, depending on which input it takes. The cheaper the better, and I'm not looking to buy new lenses for this either.

Canon USA has a beautiful website where they give ALL the details of their cameras. They let you compare models and they let you download full manuals in PDF forms.

Go start doing some research and learning there: http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/consumer/products/ca...

    You mean digital camera?

if so any entry level dslr will do the job. Film (SLR) cameras almost all had full manual settings with just a few exceptions
