Do you root for a team other than the one your are "supposed" to root for?

I only root for the Reds and I live in Oregon. I have always supported them and will continue to do so.

I'm a die hard Philly sports fan, but there are several players around the league I like. I like Verlander and Cabrera so I do tend to root for the Tigers. I like Jared Weaver, but not Pujols, so a no-no before his HR was just fine with me. But as these types of players change teams or retire, I don't continue to root for the teams. I don't consider myself a fan of these other teams either.

I have been a Cardinals fan since 1957. I will never root against them. I occasionally root for other teams if the outcome of the game helps the Cardinals but never root against the Cardinals My sister grew up in St. Louis for over 20 years. She moved to New York and became a Mets fan but never stopped rooting for the Cardinals. When they played she rooted for the Cardinals. Fortunately she now lives back in Cardinal Nation and root for the Cardinals exclusively.

My dad lived in a New Jersey area close to Philadelphia when he was a kid, so when I was a kid I used to watch Philly sports all the time with him. I simply took after the team my dad rooted for.

I root for several teams, just depends on the match-up. There I teams I respect, teams I don't and then teams I don't care about at all. So depends entirely on the match-up.

I live near Denver so naturally, I support the Rockies, but I also support the Yankees because pretty much everybody else in my family does.

I grew up a Mariners fan... I myself ave only lived in WA state for but a few years now but my family has lived all throughout WA for their whole lives.
