Whenever atheist or agnostic persons are giving evidence in court how do they go about it when taking oath?

People who profess no kind of faith would not consider taking an oath to support their evidence, so how could their testimony be taken to be stated if not by a given oath?

It may not be "swearing" or "taking an oath," but it is pledging to tell the truth.

For example, "Will you tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth?" Answer: "Yes."
