Weight lifting, weight training, body building, etc. does not stunt ones growth. They may actually help you to grow up to be a healthier being(including height), as when one gets into the activity they start to watch closely to what they eat, and will be careful for their own body compared to those who may just eat whatever, whenever they want to.
In the human body there is a place called growth plate. When this growth plate gets damaged you have a chance of affecting your growth negatively. Now, the only way you could damage this growth plate through lifting weights is if you end up dropping heavy weights on yourself or training in in-proper form using heavy weights. If you compare weight training with other activity such as basketball, baseball, skateboarding, etc. then you will have higher chance of damaging your growth plate through these activity than weight training as these activity has higher chance of colliding with someone or something. Even if that is the truth we don't always see people playing rough sports damaging their growth plate everyday. So that shows the likeliness of damaging growth plate is very rare, and if we talk about damaging our growth plate through weight training, then that's even rarer, as weight training can be one of the safest activity with proper knowledge.
I would also like to mention I do not recommend weight training for anyone, as I do not encourage someone who does not have proper knowledge and equipment to start lifting weights on their own.

Definitely too early. You should wait until 16 to be lifting any sizeable weights. You may stunt your growth if you start too early. You are only 14 you may have a few years of growing in you yet, i'd hold out for the minute.
Work on your fitness tho, that gets harder as you get older so if you have a solid base you'll be set once youre old enough to start bodybuilding
Best of luck!
