Is it possible to get a PSN password by just calling SONY?
A friend recently told me that one of my "friends" called sony and gave them my email and he got my password, and I believe him because today that i wanted to play MW3 and I saw a notification saying that my custom classes' names were changed. I know that the friend that in formed me did not hack me because he does not even own a PS3.
So please guys help me out.
I already changed my password but I am afraid that he will just call again and do the same or worse.
and well I dont want to confront the kid because he is like 14 and i am 19.
does anybody know the phone number?

He has to have certain info to do this. He has to have the serial number from the bottom of your playstation, your Date of Birth, and e-mail account you used. If he has the e-mail address then change it. That will put an end of it.

Yes, it's possible if the person has all the proper information. Just call Sony and let them know your account was compromised by that person, and, if possible, have them add extra security to your account to confirm you're actually you when calling in, something your "friend" won't know. So when whoever calls in, they can't get account info without knowing that extra secret info.

I believe so if the person knows your specific account details ! I'd call Sony asap !
