What is the difference between Weight Watchers points and points plus?
I'm not even sure that those are 2 different things? I ask because i've seen on a lot of websites that it will list a food and then have 2 different points beside it. They usually don't vary too much, but i still have no idea. I'm not on Weight Watchers yet, will be the end of this month when i get back from vacation, so i just want to educate myself as much as possible. Thanks!

Weight Watchers Points was our old Program. The current Weight Watchers Program is the PointsPlus plan, which is based on the latest science. That's why you are finding different Points values for foods- Points is old Program, PointsPlus is the new Program. The two Programs are not meant to be combined. I hope that this helps.
