Personal jet ski rental?

My friends and I would like to go jet skiing, but the rental at Lake Lanier in Georgia is expensive. One of my friends once found a person who was renting jet skies off of Lake Lanier, but it was his own personal jet ski. I was wondering if anyone in Georgia (or if any other state if you know the answer to this question) knew the best place to look for something like this? From what she told me, it was very cheap; like $45 an hour. I tried Craigslist, but couldn't find it. If you know of any other places to look or if you know someone in this area, please let me know. Thank you and serious answers only.

ive been boating and jet skiing for decades. ALthough you may think the rental is expensive its a lot cheaper than breaking someones ski and having to pay for it. When you rent they own the majority of the liability. These toys are expensive so renting them for a while and giving them back to their owner is a steal.

At Navy Pier in Chicago, you can rent them for $140 per hour. $75 per half hour.

I sure hope that includes free gas.

That's to rent a watercraft which sells for about $13,000 new.

For $30 per day, you can rent a car, 4 door sedan, which sells for about $30,000.

For $45 per day, you can rent a convertible, which sells for about $25,000.

    Your own results will vary.

Check with the agency, but I am guessing the contract won't allow it. Sorry
