Which Hospital should I give birth in?

So i'm due in December but I am moving to NY soon. I have already lived there (born there) and with my last pregnancy I moved there again at 7 months, visited the hospitals and hated it. The hospitals in south Jersey are amazing and honestly cant see myself birthing my 3rd child anywhere else. But by that point it will be out of the way. Do I suck it up and give birth in NY where at least my family will be but I will get no privacy with my child (the rooms are doubled/shared), I will have to pay DAILY for t.v., the nurses don't check up on you let alone bring you anything to eat, or do I go 3 hours to an out of state hospital to get the humbleness i'm used to and the ease of doctors delivering my child?

Update:

Yeah I just want the best ahead of time. Either way its a risk as far as traveling 3 hours away while i'm 9 months, or staying in NY and dealing with a horrible staff. I have yet to hear good things about deliveries in NY and I doubt I would be the lucky one to change that. I cant risk having doctors neglect my requests for epidurals, or to forcefully make me have a c-section if one is not needed. Or to not have nurses check up on me and my baby. The hospital I birthed at made sure all of that was taken care of and unfortunately for NY, it's not just ONE hospital like this either. It's quite a few, if not, all.

when you're about to give birth..i bet it won't matter.

whatever state you're in (at the time) ..would probably be the best choice
