Battery and Alternator good, Car won't start why?

Battery and alternator tested good. Once the car is turned off it needs a jump to start again. There is no clicking sound or anything totally dead when when key is turned until jumped, but lights and radio will turn on. Please help.

    Your starter may have a problem with the winding that requires an additional burst of power to get it to work. If your lights and everything works but the starter will not crank immediately after shut down you should start your diagnose with the starter. If the car starts immediately after shutdown but will not start later then the battery may be draining down either from a bad battery or an electrical draw on the battery causing it to be weak.

    Bad battery. Try to start the car with different battery.

    Should be your voltage regulator.
