What movie is this?

The main character is a guy who falls in love with a beautiful blonde woman at the beach.

It's later discovered that she is some sort of mythical giant sea turtle/ sea monster (or shares its soul)? Who became that way by bargaining with a sea god or demon. Not a cartoon! There were NO mermaids either (just to be clear lol)

I loved this movie as a kid. Possibly a 70s or 80s movie. :)

No lights, radio or engine sounds. The battery tested Good, but car dies after repeated jump starts (and after letting it run for 15mins), BUT then is fine after just sitting for a few hours (starts up right away)?

Battery and alternator tested good. Once the car is turned off it needs a jump to start again. There is no clicking sound or anything totally dead when when key is turned until jumped, but lights and radio will turn on. Please help.

A while ago, my oven...exploded? The lower heating element flashed & melted. I replaced it, but now neither the bottom or upper elements work. (range is fine). Suggestions please? Thanks.

There's some space between my cottage stones and my fence where neighbors like to plant their butts (and some garbage occasionally), so I need a deterrent. I'm in a zone 8 area, (Portland, OR), and would prefer a native species. Thanks!

These signs are for a child-oriented community garden. What sort of materials should I use? These signs need to include the plant's common name, scientific name, and a brief description of what the plant is used for. They also need to be impervious to weather.

Is it reasonable for me to assume that you, personally, can become sexually attracted to someone of the same sex, but you don't simply because you choose not to?

Why don't you just bike to wherever you are going, and NOT displace, like 7 standing people, hmmmm??

I'm an introvert (INTP), and most of the activities I love are solitary, BUT I often have to go to social gatherings with my husband and his family/ friends. They usually aren't talking about things I'm even remotely interested in. I fear my disinterest may offend them. Any tips?
